Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. This policy applies to orders from our United States store.

What you can return

  • Items returned within 30 days of the day you received them.
  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and items marked “final sale” can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery fee, and you won't pay anything to send it back.

How to return an item

  • Contact us or email zariqradrape@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  • We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us — some items ship from our fulfilment partner and go back to a different address.
  • Pack the items securely and send them using a trackable service.
  • If you're returning because you changed your mind, the return delivery cost is yours to pay.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Card refunds can take a further 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
  • The original delivery fee is refunded only when the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you contact us. If it's in stock we'll send it once your return is on its way to us; if not, we'll refund you instead.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — just contact us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, please return it as described above.
