Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Zariqradrape website, create an account or place an order. By doing so, you agree to them.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll email you a confirmation once your order is received.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly shown in error, or we can't reach you to confirm delivery. If this happens we'll let you know.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct.

Prices and payment

• Prices in our Pakistan store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
• Items shipped directly from our fulfilment partner must be paid online; cash on delivery is not available for them.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, but never after you've ordered.

Delivery

• Our Pakistan store delivers within Pakistan.
• Free delivery across Pakistan.
• Some items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so an order may arrive in more than one parcel.
• You'll receive email updates as your order ships, including tracking details when available. Delivery times may vary by city.

Returns and refunds

You can return items for a refund or exchange. The return window, conditions and how refunds are paid are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Your account

• You don't need an account to shop — guest checkout is always available.
• If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
